				The PointsThatCount.org system makes it easy for your company to encourage volunteerism through a "dollars-for-doers" program. Like many loyalty programs, Points That Count enables your employees to accumulate points when they volunteer in the community. Once they accumulate a sufficient number of points, they can redeem those points for a donation from your community support budget. The donation goes to either the charity of their choice, or yours. Your company also determines how much a point is worth and how many points need to be accumulated before they can be redeemed.
